  4. ApartmentsForRentInSeattle.org is in no way responsible for any communication, contact or decisions made by the Landlords and Renters.

  5. ApartmentsForRentInSeattle.org makes no express or implied warranties or guarantees with respect to any information supplied on this site.

  6. ApartmentsForRentInSeattle.org will not be liable for any indirect, special or consequential damages or any loss of revenue, profits, or data arising in connection with this agreement.

  7. This agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of Virginia without regard to it's conflict of laws provisions, and the parties agree that the sole venue of jurisdiction for any dispute arising from this agreement shall be the appropriate state or federal court located in the County of Fairfax, Virginia, and the parties hereby submit to the jurisdiction of such courts.

  8. ApartmentsForRentInSeattle.org reserves the right to upgrade, change, design, alter, or create any programming and/or graphics to enhance its efficiency and/or technology within this website at any time.

  9. ApartmentsForRentInSeattle.org offers no guarantees. Use of this site is at your own risk.

  10. All ApartmentsForRentInSeattle.org users must agree to the above stated terms and conditions of this Agreement and Privacy Statement before submitting registration information.
